Visiting?
What to expect when visiting SRC on the Lord's Day

Sovereign Redeemer Church is a small congregation of around 100 people. We are a close knit family that loves one another as Christ has loved us. The music that is sung in worship is a contemprary worship style with many songs sung by artists such as City Alight, Sovereign Grace Music, Shane and Shane, Matt Boswell, and other like minded worship song writers.

At SRC we simply "turn the page" of scripture, meaning we preaching through books of the Bible expositionally, verse by verse. We also administer the sacraments the Lord has given to us as means of His grace towards His redeemed church. We participate in the Lord's Supper the first Lord's Day of the month, typically held at the end of the worship service coorporately.

FAQ:

  • What is it like?
    • It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere as  reported by many who have visited and now have become members. When you enter the church you walk into the fellowship foyer where you will witness people talking and drinking coffee and eating the occassional breakfast goody that someone has brought to share.
  • What about my kids?
    • During the normal service,  we offer childcare up to 3 years old. The rest of the children are allowed to stay with their parents in the sanctuary. There is also a room dedicated to mothers to take of needs of infants.
  • What do I wear?
    • It is more or less a business casual environment. We have a lot of farmers, so many of us wear jeans and nice shirt, but we don't really care what you wear as long as it is appropriate for the house of the Lord and glorifying to Him.
